Over the last 20 years or so exercise has started to become majorly associated with going to the gym. Hence, a lot of people are reluctant to do any form of exercise. Gyms mean regime and membership fees and somewhat of an oblifgation to attend. However, you do not have to dread exercise or keeping fit - as it can be fun, if done right.

Sport is a great way to keep fit without measuring lap times and calorie loss, and the like. The stucture that comes with attending a gym just isn't there when it comes to playing soccer, basketball or tennis. In fact, most of the time you can get so engrossed in a particular sport that you just enjoy it for what it is rather than what it is doing to your body.

So this site is designed to make exercise and keeping fit fun. A lot of the time children don't enjoy physical activity just because of the stigma that comes along with it. Whereas if you encourage your children to play a sport or nurture their natural talents then they will come to relish the time that they spend on the court, field or pitch. You have to remember that our relationship with exercise starts at an early age, so getting it right when we are young is vital.

For those who are slightly older, it's my job to convince you that you can enjoy yourself whilst keeping fit. All you have to do is pick an activity that you enjoy and engross yourself in it. What's more diet doesn't have to be dull and repitive, if done right it can be exciting and can give you the opportunity to try new things.
